Small Heli Shoots Big Aerials

Aerial photos really can get your property noticed when it comes to any kind of marketing and advertising. We've recently used http://flyingeyephoto.com with great success. Mark Lipsky is the pilot of a electrically powered 3 1/2 foot long helicopter mounted with a high rez digital camera. He showed up one bright sunny day at The Preserve at Del Mar  and shot several aerials  for Linda Moore from Coldwell Banker Encinitas and her fabulous listing at 6910 The Preserve Way. It's listed at $4.5 millon and is a slightly under 8000 square feet situated on just under an acre. The Preserve is surrounded by the Los Penasquitos Preserve with reprepresents miles of hiking trails, mountain biking wonderment, horse back riding and tremendous wildlife viewing.

The client and the pilot see the same image while they look through a pair of virtual reality glasses. The helicopter takes off and the pilot puts it into several positions shoot many high resolution stills from various angles. The pilot brings the chopper down for a batter change and in the mean time the camera memory is fed to the glasses of the client to review the photos.  When there's several that look good, the pilot wraps up and returns to his computer to photoshop enhance the best shots. Those shots are then uploaded to a web site for approval.  The whole process is awesome and Mark was great to work with.
